Brookfield Village Elementary

Located in the heart of East Oakland, Brookfield Village Elementary School is a treasured 81-year-old OUSD school site. Recently, Brookfield experienced programmatic transformations and structural upgrades. This includes the newly constructed soccer field in 2024 curated by the OUSD Office of Expanded Learning made possible by CDE ELOP grants and the integration of OUSD's first Montessori program model, inaugurating this 2025-2026 school year. Brookfield Village Elementary School is currently Expanded Learning Office's homebase and generously houses many Expanded Learning YES! Sports events and district-wide professional development convenings.
